Please come and visit us at the Oita Marine Palace Aquarium "Umitamago".

 

The Oita Marine Palace Aquarium "Umitamago" is located along National Route 10 in Kanzaki, Oita City.

This aquarium is visited not only by people from within the prefecture, but also by people from outside the prefecture and abroad.

I remember going to this aquarium many times when I was a child to see sea creatures, and I would love to go there again if I have the chance.

Like the Takasakiyama Zoo across the street, it used to be a popular place for out-of-prefecture school trips to visit, but now the number of out-of-prefecture school trips seems to have decreased because of the new corona.

But now the number of school trips from outside the prefecture seems to be fewer than before because of the new model of corona. When the corona has been repaired to some extent, we would like people from outside the prefecture as well as people from overseas to come out actively and enjoy themselves and make lots of memories before they leave.
