Do you have regular annual physicals?
If you haven't taken it, make sure you do!
It's essential to maintain a healthy body, and if you know what you're doing now and you're not in good shape, you're more likely to be completely cured if you seek immediate treatment!
If you haven't had a checkup in years, your condition could suddenly worsen and become dangerous.
I, of course, have annual physicals at work.
My blood test results indicated several things and I have worked on improving my numbers through diet and exercise.
I am now drinking tomato juice every day.
I think I've been drinking it for about 6 months already.
My blood pressure was high and my triglycerides and cholesterol were high, so I researched on the internet to find a good way to lower them, and I found tomato juice.
When I first started drinking it, I was skeptical that such a drink would improve my blood levels, but now, six months later, all of my levels are within the range.
I was especially surprised by my cholesterol numbers.
I don't think the tomato juice is responsible for all of my numbers being normal, but I'm sure it's having some effect.
If you tend to be obese, and even if you're not obese, you know your health checkup blood tests show that your cholesterol and other levels are high, you should definitely give tomato juice a try!
Just don't give up for a month or two and see what happens!
