Are you positive right now? Or is it negative?
If you ask me if it's positive or negative, few of us can answer right away!
Women often look in the mirror and have many opportunities to see their own facial expressions.
If you're a man, the only time you look in the mirror is when you're getting your hair done or shaving, so it's hard to know what expression you're making right now!
If you look at your face in the mirror you can easily tell if it's positive or negative.
When your face is taut and confident, you have a beautiful smile on your face.
On the other hand, when you are negative, your face is taut and your eyes are dim and lifeless.
I don't think it's possible to think positively when you have this kind of expression on your face.
Before you go to bed at night, look in the mirror and ask yourself
How did you look today?
Did you have a good day?
Or has your day been a rough one?
Smile more!
Tomorrow is going to be a great day!
So let's just forget all the hard stuff and get a good night's sleep!
And before you get up in the morning and leave the house, look in the mirror and practice smiling as hard as you can.
When you're feeling positive, step out the door with confidence!
Every day is a series of these.
That's the secret to a positive life!
