Languages are an essential part of the internationalization process.

Even if it's a foreign language, if it's a Western language, the words are certainly very different and the pronunciation is different.
How on earth do I learn a foreign language? Is anyone else struggling with this?
Even though the words are completely different, the grammatical arrangement of words, subjects, verbs, objects, complements, etc. are very similar. In English, verbs have only three changes, such as present, past, and past participle, but since my second language was French when I was a university student, I couldn't help but be amazed at the number of changes in verbs.
I believe that the way you study a language can be very different depending on what your goal is in studying a language. If you want to pass a high level language exam, you have to focus on grammar and study for the written exam.
However, there is currently a lot of debate about the nature of language education in schools.
Because language education in Japan is grammar-centered and does not focus on conversation, most people who study languages at junior high school, high school, and university do not speak a foreign language at all, even if they graduate from a top university.
There are many people who go to English conversation schools to learn English because they feel the need to do so.
If you can learn English at school, you will be able to learn other languages more quickly.
You could study in a foreign language course on TV or radio so that you can proactively speak the language yourself instead of going to a language school out of necessity!
I think it's better to learn conversation thoroughly anyway.
Listening to Yves Montand records was my introduction to French, Marlene Dietrich's Lily Marlene was my introduction to German, and my father's book on Spanish conversation was my introduction to Spanish.
Once you have a nice foreign boyfriend or girlfriend, you'll be scrambling to learn to communicate your feelings! Yes, it's important to be persistent.
If you're trying so hard to build up your grammar and think about how you're going to talk to them, you're going to get somewhere! I know this is a bit of a funny story, but if you can remember the basics of conversation in one sentence and how to speak in such and such situations, you can apply it as much as you want.
This is a very general topic, but if you can engage in real conversation, you can get to know yourself and Japan, and make many friends from all over the world by studying foreign languages with the intention of becoming a bridge between Japan and other countries.
That will lead to world peace!
